Preamp suggestions for piezo pickups?

Hi,
I am trying to build a piezo pre-amp for acoustic guitar, so I first I need to design an input buffer for Piezo pickup before connecting to a amp stage..
The link that Eddododo attached here looks promising..
Before I'll order the parts for that input-buffer stage, do you think that is good schematic?
For the amp stage I thought of using the http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/20001685E.pdf
Do you think that I can use this op-amp without the JFET transistor?

Sorry if I was not clear..my knowledge is very basic in the analog field..
