Power supply in stompbox - 15V simetris

Hi!
I need 15V simetris for my new project (stompbox). I prefer to use standard socket and connect 9V to effect. Is there good solution to do simetrical 15V from 9 without any hum and noise?

You're not the first person to try this...and it *is* possible with certain caveats.
