noise567 perf layout

hello, first post, new builder, some success with other projects but cannot get this thing to work. I wonder if anyone has a perfboard layout for this old noise567 thing, without the LDR.

I have worked up a board with a pot in place of the LDR which makes a pleasing fuzz at the lower end of the pots turn but cuts the signal anywhere else, can i just filch a perfboard layout from someone here? I know I should learn from doing it myself, but i'm old and lazy and stoopid. Please help. Thanks
