broken ibanez GE-9, no bypass sound? Also, Boss PH-1 schematic anyone?

Hey guys, i have a an ibanez ge9, the effects works great i just have no bypass signal, is this a common problem with ibanez jfet switching? what i should i look for?

Also does anyone have a schematic for a boss PH-1? couldnt find one anywhere online. Ill provide my email if needed.
