I think Steve is away. I ordered twice with no response, and I seem to recall hearing that he was going away for a month to be on Survivor or something.

I don´t know but as far as I know Steve he won´t leaving without posting it here and to mention it on his webpage. So I think he´s simply slammed with orders.

However, yes, traffic is very heavy and responses are once again slower than I would like. We will be taking a vacation first week in December but will remain in e-mail contact. We expect to shut down entirely after Christmas through early January in order to both get a little more rest and do some necessary maintenance on the business. I will post details soon.
