No output when in bypass

It's a good learning experience, KK!  Note that I sent you off to do this right away in the first response to your post, ha ha...because I've learned that almost all mistakes are caused by US, in our connections and so on! 

Next time, you might try connecting the PCB to two jacks, either tack them on with solder or just use jumpers.  Then you can power the thing with a battery clip and find out if it works, before you get into adding the bypass switch.   That will eliminate a lot of this hunting around for the trouble after you put it in the enclosure!
