Hey folks, does anyone here know which make and model Lamp and LFO do those old Megavibes have?

You will certainly not get that information unless you get your hands on the factory schematic with part numbers - which won't happen.

An educated guess from someone who has spent a considerable amount of time researching univibe bulbs... I'd say the megavibe used something similar or exactly like this;

And for the make of the LFO?.....
The circuit is a phase shift oscillator that generates a sub-audio sine wave.

Take a look here to read about the design of the univibe;

Thanks for the link! And for the LFO, I was actually referring to the Photocells that were used in the Megavibes. Sorry for that!.The Megavibe has been my favorite Univibe clone after trying so many out there. I would love to make a Univibe clone for my self in the near future.
