Control Pot Working Backwards

Hello guys,
I built my Timmy Overdrive today following this layout: (Click on the image if its too small, please)

But, the Treble Control is working backwards from the Bass. I'm aware that the controls on Timmy works backwards, they cut Treble or Bass as you increase the value right? On mine the Bass is working like that, but the Treble control is adding treble as you increase the value, not cutting as a Timmy should do.
So should I simply reverse the wires on the Treble pot? Would it affect the taper? And also what do I do with the middle lug, wich is currently bridged with the right lug (Looking to the pot from behind).
Thanks a lot,
Victor

An odd layout choice to run 3 wires to the pot, when only 2 are needed.  But yeah, just mirror it.  Run a single wire from 1+2 on the board to pot lugs 3+2.  Run a second wire from 3 on the board to pot lug 1.  Yes your taper will be reversed, unless you used linear.  That may or may not be desirable.  If the control seems good now, it will probably seem "bunched up at one end" after the reversal, and vice versa.

Ok, so just swap the outer wires, and lug 2 is now bridged to the other lug, right?

Update: It worked, thanks a lot!
What difference would it make if I bridged the middle lug to the wrong side? Just wondering...  :D :D

Of course, there is always this solution:
