Trouble shooting an EQD seamachine clone

Hello!
So I'm having issues with my PedalPCB EQD sea machine clone.
First let me describe the current state of things.
The pedal bypasses when off and when on the LED lights and signal gose through.
The dimension, intensity, animate and depth all seem to work properly, however
It was feeding back on the dimension before, after realizing I had accidentally putting 100k resister  in the place of all 10ks and then replacing them that issue was solved.
So to the issue, neither before or after I replaced the resistor did the rate or shape work.
I realized at high volume on the amp that I can hear the rate changing far off in the back ground. It sounds like a very thin clicking and turning the know adjusts it, however the signal it's self dose not change.
My guess is that the issue is somewhere in that area of the cuircit though I don't see anything odd or out of place.
