I am having trouble identifying the value of a resistor I this diagram

7k9, 4k7,6k8 if they are 1000 ohm values, what does the numbers after the k mean?
The is a 8n2 cap that I am not sure if it's 8 nf or not. Any help is really appreciated.

The k is used instead of a decimal point (or comma, in Europe). The k stands for kilo = 1000. So 4k7 means 4700 ohms.

8n2 means 8200 picofarad.

8n2 means 8200 picofarad.

Yes, which is commonly taken as 8.2 nanofarad, and they've used the "n" as a separator just as they used the "k"...
