odd issue with tube cricket

Just finished the tube cricket. It works , but when I touch any pot shaft I get noise. I used the plastic jacks that dose not ground to case.
Would this be the problem?
Gear as of now
Gibson 2017 Les Paul Tribute T
Epiphone Les paul Special (upgraded)
Marshall DSL 20 Head

And a lot of pedals

It's probably a grounding issue. Run a wire from ground to the enclosure, holding it to the enclosure with a piece of taper, and see if it helps.
