Anyone try one of these? I got this on Ebay for $17. Seems pretty useful. It tests LEDs, diodes, resistors, caps, transistors and more.

I have been using to test some Ge transistors I have. It shows:

Hfe = 114
Vbe = 126mV
Ic = 1.9mA
Iceo = 0.73m
Icse = 21µA

How do I read these values? I'm familiar with Hfe. What are the other values? Is there anyway to use this to measure leakage?

I have a bag Ge transistors that want to be made into Fuzz Boxes! One bag seems to have about 18 NPN Ge devices. It's time to make some Negative ground Fuzzes.
