I changed transistors and still it was reading 0V. Then I desolder the jumper wire that connects the infamous emittter with the "gain" pot and the needle was moving! ;D

The bad news is that it reads 0.05-0.1V.
So at least I know was not from the transistor. (Or was it?)
But what can I do about that?

Have you made sure the components you've socketed have proper connection with the sockets?

Noob question: Does it matter which way the input capacitor "C1" polarity is facing?
A quick google search and I see a LOT of fuzz schematics (with NPN transistors) where it's facing both ways.
Yeah Nah - Nah Yeah

Βασίλη, first of all you have to verify good connection between Emitter-Pot lug3 & Pot lug1-GND..
After the above, you should measure 0V when B1K set all the way CV ONLY..
At any other setting you SHOULD read some DC Volts..

Also, verify continuity between board GND & power supply GND..
