Having had a serious injury to the underside of my foot, I'm strongly inclined to believe that image is fake.  The prongs are not knife blades, so to puncture the skin, I would be expecting an irregular tear rather than clean edged punctures that exactly match the object.   Plus, because they aren't sharp (relatively speaking), it would take a very large force to push it through the skin, and this force is going to be dissipated considerably by the layers of the foot.  It also seems a bit too close to the toes to be an area where enough weight would be applied for that sort of injury to happen, i.e., the foot flexes at the ankle (usually).  I could keep adding reasons, but the more I add, the more I would make myself look like an idiot if the pic were proven genuine.  In other words, I don't want to end up putting my foot in my mouth.

I got bitten by a spider under my toes last weekend. took three days to realise what it was. I'd have posted the photo, but the colours didn't come out right.

I'm working on what I can best describe as a tool path for this pedal.  The solid black areas represent cutouts for the neopixels to shine through (I'm still trying to figure out how to make the corner radii a bit larger).  The spikes, represented by circles here, will eventually be moved outward a bit.

You need a space like this:

TOE SCREAMER

or someone may read it as:

TOES CREAMER

(as I just did) which would indicate a very unsanitary coffee creamer or something kinky going on.
