Looking for a specific 1/4" socket

I screwed up and drilled the (top mount) jack holes too close to the corner. However, I found a socket that can be made to fit. Problem is, I only have one (unless there's another one hiding somewhere within my stash). I have no idea where I got the one I found. Didn't find one @ Tayda or Mouser. Does anyone know who sells these?

Thanks for that. Looks like Mouser sells them as well, now that I know the part number. I probably got mine there at some point.
