I'm having trouble figuring out what is going on with my Aion Deimos build. I'm using AC128s and biased them according to the directions. I'm using 9mm pots but not getting output unless I hold the PCB over the holes for the 16mm pots with both hands. At that point, it sounds like a tonebender and I can adjust the amount of gain/fuzz but can't adjust the volume. When I hold the PCB with both hands.,the sound is intermittent.

So, it sounds good when I get sound, but it's only under specific circumstances. Also, I get sound bypassed and I've checked all the wiring numerous times...the joint are solid with no movement with the wires. I've never had a problem like this before so I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

Welcome aiaosu..!!

Obviously it's an issue of bad contact(s)/joint(s)..

Plz post some pics of your build 'cause duck_arse never responds (not even welcome) without pics ..!!  :icon_wink:

Thanks for responding. I probably won't have time to look at it until this weekend but I'll check all the contacts/joints.
