Ernie Ball VPJR Jack replacement

Hi everyone,

Recently I modded my VPJR with a buffer circuit (i followed this example: https://prentisseffects.blogspot.com/2017/01/ernie-ball-vp-jr-tone-suck-mod.html ) . Now, the input jack seems to have gone bad (first the connection became unstable, then it failed altogether). Since the VPJR has a circuit board, it has these weird pcb mounted jacks that I cannot seem to find anywhere. Is it possible to use a regular 1/4" jack as a replacement? If yes, how should I wire it to the pcb and the buffer?

just figured out that it was quite a noob question. soldered the pcb to ground and buffer to lead and works like a charm again. sometimes you know more than you think..
