Carbon Copy Deluxe Mix pot mod?

Is anyone modded Carbon Copy Deluxe Mix pot because it works only to have it up between 2 and 3:00 just to hear it?

The CC Deluxe has a lot of stuff crammed into it. And most of it's components are smt. The control pots are normal size though.

My CC Deluxe also has this mix level issue. I've read on other forums maybe even on here that it's a pot taper thing, and that not all of them have had this issue. So I guess it's a manufacturer decision/fault/error to use this taper on at least SOME CC Deluxe.

The audio path in this thing is analog, but the tap tempo feature does use a digital circuit. Given that most of it's parts are so small and it has some digital components, I wouldn't touch the insides without proper antistatic gear.

It's tough to dial in, but this thing kills it when you do.
