Hello guys.
A friend of mine would like to have a looper effect just to cable his pedals, so he doesn't need footswitch, but just in case some mini switches to bypass the pedals individually, and a LED for every loop.
The simple thing to do should be use 3PDT toggle switches, but he wants switches more unseen, hidden.

A smaller switches could be the slide switches, but I can find them just in DPDT version. So to use the LED I could use a millenniun bypass board for every switch. In this way the bypass will be not a really true bypass, I afraid it could be change something while the effects are on. Should I afraid of semething about it?

How about multipole push switches?

They usually depend on a pcb for mounting, but they could go horizontal in a side of the enclosure. You can get mounting frames for them as illustrated, but that takes more space although there are longer multi-switch frames for radio button arrays. The round buttons for these aren't too big, and those can be different colours.

Can you link an image of them, please?

I have to consider something about the switches: the mounting and the costs. The box will be large, about 20cm x 12cm. And Fairly tall.
The 3PDT switch with a shorter toggle are a bit more expensive that I wanted.
The slide switch needs two holes for the mounting screw and a rectangular hole for the sliding switch. Maybe I can let my driller move laterally and create the rectangular hole or sort of. Not the cleanest work, but could be good enough.

I guess that the millennium bypass with mosfet is the better, but I heard that some effect can't make work the LED fine, or has some problem. So it can be good with every pedals.

What I need is the smallest switch I can find, 3PDT, but with a cost in the average. ::)

Is my picture not showing for you?

Slide switches will be the cheapest, provided the Millenium indicator works out for you - it does have to see a pull down resistance on the signal wire to work.
Get a square section round needle file to make rectangular slide switch holes after drilling a decent number and size of holes to get the file in.

I thought you suggested me some peculiar switches. :D

About the millennium bypass, I want to make something that will work universally fine for every pedal. Maybe I wrong, but this could be tricky with a Millennium bypass.

Yes, I may get some needle file for the swqare hole, it's something I never used. ;D

Another solution would be to use realais true bypass circuits. I just used 3PDT tru bypass method, and the projects on veroboard layout based on relais I found seem are not very accurate, so I didn't save any definitive project. But I can use some kit like a TH Custom tha I can buy easily. And then use a little momentary push button, I found some not so small, but maybe those are ok.
If all this is not too much expensive will be the best solution, even if I have to work a bit more.
