Christine Fuzz Oscillating Pot Uninfluential

Hi everyone,
I just built a Christine using the MusicPCB board. It's a fairly straightforward, easy build. I used a CD4049UBE and am very happy with the first sounds it produced. I have a question though...

This pedal is crazy, the Tone pot produces tons crazyness, the interaction between Gain and Power Starve produces awesome sounds, although in a rather tiny range of the whole pots range (right?). Now, the Oscillation pot doesn't seem to change much the game, and in the demo videos I saw on the Web, it seems it's like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R288VoI2n44) IS IT? (That's my question btw). There's oscillation and a kind of own life to the sound, but with the pot I don't seem to be able to influence it.

In doubt, I reflowed all joints, I checked sounds everywhere, measured voltages, but didn't find any issue.

Any experience, idea, or debug idea would be very appreciated.

Do these voltages look good for 4049 of a Christine?
My only trouble is that I feel oscillation pot does nothing most of the time.

I haven't personally built this effect but looking at your voltages perhaps some modifications would be in order.
The guys over at Parasite Studios recommend replacing the 1M oscillation pot with a 100K pot and also replacing the 100K power starve pot with a 20K pot.
A 20K pot in the power starve position would help a lot. Try it.

I'll give it a try. Just finding difficult to find a A20K pot to buy. It's easier to buy a W20K in the open e-stores. I'll probably wait for Smallbear to open again. Once I get it I'll post Back here.
