Hey there,
I've got a little problem with my expandora clone. There's no sound, just a little pop sound every 1 or 2 seconds.
Try to make my way through with an audio probe. I have sound at inverting pin of IC1 but only for few seconds, then it breaks up with a pop and comes back again. No signal at the output pin, the pop sound is likely there, but too quite to hear.
So I started focusing on the first IC and got some real weird measurements. I added them in the picture. Can anybody get something out of them?

It's unbelievable. I spent 3 hours searching for the problem and 10 minutes after making this post I found it. The trace cut between inv pin and out pin was bridged with a tiny line of copper. Sounds nice now.
So just ignore this thread.

Alright, here's a picture of it. And a clip recorded with my phone.
I really like the low gain settings on it. It can go dirty, but not like the RAT. Although the "forbidden mod" is quite nice.
I have never built a pedal with an optocoupler inside. Is it right to assume that it's for lowering the attack when you hit the strings?
I also added the guitar/bass switch like in the 2000R version and a bite control. Definitely prefer the bass setting.

Here's the link for the clip. Didn't really know a better option sharing it here.
