I got an email from Mouser a couple of days ago about a number of through-hole capacitors being discontinued. When I went to Mouser today to stock up on my most used caps, they were all out of stock (discontinued) except for one.

It looks like a lot of the Lelon and Nichicon through-hole caps are no more. Bummer.

It is a good thing I have been practicing my smt soldering skills!

Looks like they have a ton of Wurth electros and also Kemet and Vishay film caps.

Thanks, I will look into those. I have used the Kemet film caps previously. The Nichicons that were discontinued were some of my favorites since they were physically quite small and would fit in almost any enclosure.

Yeah I used those and the Lelons for years in 1590A and pretty much everything. I only recently started buying the Wurth cause the are cheap and I don't build 1590A anymore, haha.

But, they do come in stripe packs which is quite annoying.
