Hi all
I got some of these transistors but they are tiny!!
The cans are 3mm diameter and about 2mm high. The leads are only 20mm long and the pitch at the can 1mm max. Not sure if they'll be happy with a soldering iron in the vicinity  ;)
Gains are good (100-140) with leakage up to 200uA.
Does anyone have experience with these?
I'm thinking a micro tonebender/ fuzz face using smd components, though maybe avoiding ceramic caps.... :)
I hope to breadboard them at some point soon.
Any ideas welcome
Cheers

I've used them before.  Seem to be fine in fuzz circuits (I used one in the Harmonic percolator).  The legs are too delicate for sockets, so probably good practice to use an alligator clip on each leg as you solder
