that's a right mess...
take some cleaning alcohol or spiritus and an old toothbrush or similar brush, and rub all those tin speckles off of the board
those sprinkles might cause problems in the future, maybe use a small screwdriver if they won't come off.

Thank you for the feedback on that — it's a right mess from removing the IC Sockets that I initially installed "Upside Down" — what an unneccessary pain in the ass
