opto coupler SR3 1130?

I have a bag of 6 of these, I was probably going to make a phase shifter but that's never going to happen.  I'd like to sell them to some enterprising individual.

Anyone know what they really are?  I Googled the part # (which is marked on the side) and got nothing relevant.

It is a small cylinder about 1/4" long and wide (that's 6mm) with two wires coming out either end.

Ok, think it is this... it's SR3, not SC3 as I initially posted.

The other bit looks like it is a date code as it is different on some of the other devices.  Thx!

Inkys and neons don't have polarity.

Both were common at some point. 1970s Rhodes had incandescents. Many Fender amps had neon. Those newfangled LED things didn't get common until the 1970s.

Yes, I bought them within the past ten years, they have a dot and AFAIK are this exact thing.

I think you've found the right part, Larry.  I've just had a look at mine and they have the full "NSL32-SR3" legend.  But I have datasheets for at least two manufacturers, so I guess they might get marked-up differently?  A photo would confirm (FYI, they're half the size of the VTL5Cn vactrols, if that helps).

A quick scan tells me I have one in my build of Sam's "Lightspeed" compressor.  Kipper and duck have used the non-SR3 variant in a few of their designs too.
