Hi,

I'm building the Convex from Aion Electronics:

https://aionfx.com/app/files/docs/convex_documentation.pdf

But the project needs a j113 for the buffer, that I don't have. I can replace this jfet with a MPF102 or a BF256?

Thanks.

You can use MPF102 as J113 direct replacement.. :icon_wink:

Q1 is a straight forward common source buffer, you can use almost anything here, just when selecting a replacement look out for the pinout of the device you are going to use for the fitment to the PCB. If needed you can bent the leads on to fit the PCB.
