+15, 0 and -15 are essentially the same as +15, gnd1, -15 or +30, 1/2Vs, 0 etc etc etc

Biasing is easy, but complicated until you start getting things (we all went there).

The complexity starts when you see the leg to "gnd" of for example a non inverting op amp stage can go to any gnd or 0 with a decoupling cap for DC.
