Hi people,

I decided to build a riot for my pedal board and i went with the verified vero layout from tagboards fx.

My problem is that when engaged i get only a loud buzzing sound. in bypass mode the signal pass through as it should be.

I probed it and the buzz starts right from the tip of the input jack. cable is tested with continuity test on ddm and its fine tried another cable just to be sure and i get the same results.

checked for bad solders, bridges in the vero, missed cuts or jumpers but everything seems ok.
I'm not sure if i wired the dpdt switch (2-4 link) correctly.
Can anyone do a fast check on the diagram and let me know if its wired correctly?

Also any tip on what to check next will most welcome.

I certainly haven't looked over the whole board, but here's one incomplete cut:

That stomp switch looks a little toasty too, but could just be flux I'm seeing, the pic is out of focus.

I should stop try to to debug pedals late at night and tired....

Well spotted and thanks. I will correct the cut once i'm back from work.
The stompswitch its fine, it might looks toasty but its not,
I bought a lot to stock 2 years ago and some of them had that toasty look. so far none had failed.

is there a circuit diagram? any off-board parts wired we can look to check? are your germanium diodes russian? they mark their Anodes w/ band as opposed to the rest of us marking Kathode. and - did you test your on/on/on switch for sense?
