Catalinbread RAH problem

So i built the Catalinbread RAH looking at these



it works fine for a second when i plug the battery in then it instantly fades away. Changed the battery and the electrolytic capacitor capacitors. Any idea what is wrong?

Schematic:

The naming of the components are not the same for both of them. Ex.(R3in the schematic is R21 in the trace board) Name the components if needed according to the schematic.


Voltages:

Battery:7.98v
Battery when connected:6.92v

Q1

Drain:3.48v
Gate:2.48v
Source:3.40v

Q2

Drain:3.44v
Gate:2.49v
Source:3.44v

Q3

Drain:3.50v
Gate:2.28v
Source:3.40v

Z1

A:3.41v
K:2.48v

Z2

A:3.44v
K:2.46v

Z3:

A:3.38v
K:2.27v

Replace battery..
Use a fresh verifierd one or better use a 9V power supply..

All Zener Cathodes / Mosfet Gates should sit at a voltage level higher than 5V..!!
Even with 6.9V supply they should stay over 4V so check for proper 62k/100k VB voltage divider resistors..
(they seem to be reverse placed..)

Now I'm totally confused..

220k instead of 100k should give a VB of 5.4V for 6.9V working battery, hence effect should work just fine..
