Recently I found a grey Visual Sound Jekyll & Hyde Overdive pedal that was advertised as not working well.
It's the grey version (with no logo between the footswitches?), the pcb is marked as "v1".

After searching here I found a few topics, one where R.G. Keen himself mentioned that the footswitches on these wear out and are hard to remove.
When I got the pedal one footswitch was clearly broken and the other also seemed to be only switching on one side.

The original switches are unmarked, R.G. mentioned them as a Carling type.
There is a fitting replacement switch with the exact same dimensions available from Banzai.

After replacing both switches the pedal is working just fine.  Sounds really nice. :icon_biggrin:

Maybe useful: I removed the footswitches by using a saw blade to cut 3 pins of the easiest reachable side. Then the switch held by the other 3 pins can be carefully pushed out while keeping the 3 pins as hot as possible by going around with the soldering iron. Afterwards remove the 3 remaining sawn-off pins.
Another note: the schematic that floats around has the Jekyll and Hyde names switched on the second page of the schematic. The switching mechanism is an interesting puzzle.
