Modern replacement for TL607 switch IC.

Over in this thread ( https://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=128615.msg1239689#msg1239689 ) for the EH guitar synth, I've modified the original schematic to replace a TL607 switch with standard CMOS and I wondered if anyone could spot any reason why this wouldn't work and if so advise of a more suitable replacement?

Edit:No of course it wont work, don't see why I didn't see it before... back to the drawing board.
