But I'm guessing you're measuring the resistors while they're in-circuit.  In which case, they're in parallel with everything else (and therefore give a lower reading).

you never ever ever measure resistance under power, as the meter feeds a known current to the resistor under test. power on will just give nonsense, useless, meaningless reading.

I might be wrong but I've the impression of the above said (and repeated) in every OP's thread..

well he asked for the voltages on C8, i gave him the voltages, and i haven't gotten anything back from them.

(definately NOT something like below):

when idle, im only getting 0v to .2v, but occasionally ill get 2.5v to 3.2v.
edit: now (when idle) im getting anything in between 0.1v to 4.0v.
and when playing, the positive side fluctuates in between 3.5v-5.2v.
and i dont get anything on the negative side since its grounded.

P.S.
All those willing guys here try to help you but there is some kind of communication breakdown from time to time, I think..
