Electro Harmonix vintage enclosures specs?

Does anyone knows the specs for the metal used by Electro Harmonix vintage stompboxes?
I mean the material (stainless steel, aluminium) and the thickness?
I'm talking mostly about the large stompboxes like Deluxe Memory Man, Deluxe Electric Mistress, etc.
