Found this on Samsung but it looks like 0.22uf.


As for Roland I got help before but it's weird this time no info absolutely 0.

Unfortunately I couldn't use the 3.2mm x 1.6mm size to reliably break the 2.2uF @ 4V vs 22uF @4V .
The 22uF @ 4V seems more available at this time.

If you look very closely at the markings the J marking is like a lower-case j with a bar over the top.  Some of the datasheets explicitly show a bar over the value letter code and in all cases that meant 22uF.   Where things come a little unstuck is in those cases the J was upper case.

I was also scratching my head what brand it could be.   Boss/Roland like use good quality parts, and often Japanese, or at least Taiwanese parts, so I was erring towards NEC.  I haven't found the right catalog yet.

Just realized you posted again.

I've got that datasheet and the 2x lower case looks like 0.22uF but the package size is small than yours.  Package P, 2.0m x 1.2mm.
