Fortin 33 clone issue

Hello there
I have a Fortin 33 clone, where I had noise problems which I managed to fix with LT1054 charge pump.
But now I have weird, fuzz/bitcrusher like clipping. It sounds horrible with tube amp when dimmed.
What it could be? Maybe stupid question, but I am amateur.
