Building Guyatone PS-24 distortion : Diode question.

Those MKT (82nF and 5nF) caps aren't much convenient, are they..??
(I bet their voltage rating is higher than 63V)

If you have 100nF's maybe easier to change the resistor from 100k to 82k.

When I see 5nF, someone has either converter (the text/value) 4n7 to 5n for polys or the original pedal used a 5n ceramic.

I changed the big 82n for a smaller one.
Could also has been a tiny strand of wire coming out of the board and creating shorts with the next wire. I fixed two suspicious wiring pads.
