If you have 100nF's maybe easier to change the resistor from 100k to 82k.

When I see 5nF, someone has either converter (the text/value) 4n7 to 5n for polys or the original pedal used a 5n ceramic.

I changed the big 82n for a smaller one.
Could also has been a tiny strand of wire coming out of the board and creating shorts with the next wire. I fixed two suspicious wiring pads.
