That looks totally dangerous.  Somebody could easily slip on the banana peel while stepping on the pedal and fall down.   

Great looking build, Nathan.  Those knobs are difficult to make look good, but they work very well there.

I liked the knobs too; kind of tied the whole thing together. I think I would have used a black switch and jack though. I use "gun blue" to make metal parts (especially screws) black when I can't find them readily available; doesn't work on all metals though. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0025VWAS2

Sometimes when I see a banana plug I think about how badly he got shredded. Haha
