I really dont need the additional arm to hold the heat gun. I just want a good station with reliable parts and stability

Are you asking which one of the three is better? Or if any of them are any good? I would think they are all the same product in different colours and with different attachments, but I could be wrong. They are all practical and helpful in their own regard, sometimes just the simplicity and ease of use like the "Third Hand PCB Holder Tool with 2 Clips and Heavy Base" are all it takes, and if you want some extra protection on those alligator clips, just put some heat shrink over them.
