Leslie Tremolo Unit Missing Parts

Saved some organ parts from garbage the other day. Seems like there were more than one instruments there. Most possible i wasn't the first one being there as they were chopped and violently salvaged probably by scrap yard guys for metal.

Amongst others i managed to save a Leslie rotary unit but as you can see from the pics the guys that came first took the speaker alongside with that metal mounting bracket that keeps the shaft into place. Returned back to the place today searching for these little parts with no luck.

Could you guys tell me what parts are also missing there?
Let's say i can rebuild that bracket but as i can see comparing with other equivalent units (look at the pic from another unit showing the 2 missing parts), there are also another black/yellowish rubber kind of ring in which the shaft gets inserted.
Any ideas what those parts are & how i could recreate or maybe source?

You guessed right. I'm planning to build a Leslie for guitar.
