Well, I feel dumb. I added sockets for r6 and r9 to try different resistor values, 3.9k was so far off from 4.7k that I decided to put 3x 1.5K in series and try that, again very far off. So I measured the actual resistance of my "4.7k" resistor and it was 6.2k, checked the color code and discovered that my whole bag of 4.7k resistors from small bear were actually 6.2k. So with the correct value in r9 and one LN150N3 swap Q2 voltages are spot on, then dropped to 5.6k for r6 and Q1 is also perfect. Now I understand the hype around the Saturn V, it sounds awesome. This was my 3rd pedal and my first time trying a UV printed enclosure from Tayda, it turned out way better than the iron on transfers I did for my first two, except the dumb mistake of switching the boost and drive labels. Oh well, lots of learning from all the mistakes. Thanks again all.
