AION Refractor Half Sound

New to sight... first post.
Built this pedal many years ago. Could not get to work.  Periodically tinker with it.
Status:  True Bypass works fine. LED comes on fine. When cranked only get half volume.  Can hear the gain doing something but very light.  Tone does nothing...

Could you plz post your build's documentation kit 'cause the in only one found PCB layout looks different from yours..
