How to add on a foot switch and power?

So I have the project from my last post on hold, I now have built a simpler circuit design pedal...but it does not tell you where/how to connect the foot switch or the battery power.

Can anyone help me out? I can post a link to the PDF of the schematic...but I did not want to post it right away since I am not quite sure if it is allowed (read the rules...not so cut and dry on that). If it is ok to post the link to the PDF/page the PDF is on, I will in the comment section if you all let me know. I will add an image of what I have done so far, which might be sufficient.

A link to the relevant schematic is *always* appreciated, so don't worry about that. If the rules don't make that clear, that's a shame. The photo is very helpful too, so thanks for that.

There's things I *could* say based on your photo, but if it's alright with you I'll wait for the schematic so I don't end up looking like an idiot. Or at least, so I can minimise my chances

I prefer the 'folded earth' theory.  You are both 10s of thousands of miles from here, but if we drilled a tunnel, it would be a short drive to get together. I can't prove it, but I swear it's true!
