Geofex Lera not working properly

I take that back.  There is an audible ticking when in the Up position.  Anything that can be done about that?

There is also oscillation even with a 10uF at the output of the 78L05

Looks like the oscillation is from a bad power supply.  Plugging it into my pedalboard brick seems to solve that problem.

Buffer before the pedal made the ticking stop.  Will build a buffer to stick inside the pedal and see what that does for the final build.
