OK, I checked your layout again and I have the gain pots wired right.

 I rewired the switch to the way you have it now on your site and it is still messing up. I have both gain pots and volume opots working on one channel.
Tell mne this, did the changes you made to the layout affect the way the effect works??  I have the "IN" running through the J201 to get to the 1M resistor. I noticed now that you have it different.

I think I really have something @#$%ered up in my layout. What could be wrong??

I only updated the channel switch diagram, the rest of the circuit was not changed.

The input is the same, connecting to the gate of the first J201.

I really can't guess what could be wrong.

I suggest trying to get one channel working properly, without the switch.

I'll be leaving shortly for about a week and won't be able to check the forum.  Gary (or other Double D builders) will probably be able to offer assistance.

oK, if yu haven't changed anything then my layout is good. I will try my best to figure out these channels and how they work.
