BSIAB2 question

Hello,

I've built a BSIAB2 using this schematic: http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_bsiab2_sc.pdf.
In the building notes i've read that Q3's source must be along 0.75V...mine was at 0.08V!!!
After i changed 4-5 pieces of J201 with no result, i replace the 120 ohms resistor from the source of Q3 with trimpots...and, with a maximized 50K trimpot i obtained a 0.55V on source of Q3...but on the gate of Q3 it's almost 0V ...no chance to obtain 0.3V as i saw (i rotate 500K drive pot...but no essential changes)!!!

Can anybody help me?

My mistake...with the trimpot at 0 i obtained 0.55V on the source of Q3...so, how i can raise this voltage??
