LPB Question

Hi

i´ve built this LPB : http://smallbox.zeonhost.com/projects/lpb1/index.html

its working fine, but when the circuit is powered you can hear a noise, a humming noise.

I tryed to connect an LED to the power souce of the LPB, +, 450 OHM Res, -. As long as the LED was connected the humming got worse.

Any suggestions for me?
