Bying parts

What is the best place to buy parts, Mouser, Smallbear or other places?

Has it's advantages when trying to sort everything out you don't have to worry about two lists the whole time...
 I like the SB online Experience cause I can find what the heck I'm looking for there [for one thing]...Mouser's cool though if the order gets  mess up they give you more parts !!!

Ive done both many time and wondered the same thing. Play it safe and go with Small Bear. At 1st mouser can get confusing in terms of part numbers, types, back ordering ect. In fact, I accidently ordered a bunch of diff ic's that ended up being minature ones. Oops! Ussually Steve will answer any questions about his products and his products are geared toward the DIY community. One thing, Pay for quicker shipping though. Steve's a busy guy these days and US mail only adds to the wait. Im just impatient. But I also learned it better to pay a few xtra bills and get it quicker or even go snail mail and just wait the Steve.

When I started, I was shipping within 24 hours consistently. But the biz has grown, a lot! Every time I've finally gotten the turnaround time down, the volume has exploded and I've been crushed again. Price of "success." However, as I've noted, I will be going full growl/full time starting next month. I will be able to give more time to supervising shipping then, and you should see a noticeable difference. Well, I can whole-heartedly recommend Steve and Small Bear 110%. I am in Australia, and Steve was ALWAYS quick to respond to any quiery I had, and always in a friendly, down to earth manner.
Another thing is that Steve was also in a position where he COULD have accepted payment of my order twice (paying for the same order twice)- I would never have known, but Steve quickly contacted me and told me NOT to repay for my order. It saved me around $40 US, and like I said, I would never have known. The fact that Steve told me is testement to his honesty, and goodness as a person. I would certainly recommend Steve and Small Bear to anyone.
(If only he sold houses and cars!)
