Hey where can (or can I) get some quality (yet well priced) guitar cable and connectors from?

Needs to be able to ship to Australia.

Thanks!

I get my diy cable stuff from haveinc.com and redco.com.  Both are cheap and have inc sometimes posts sale prices.  Hope this helps.  BTW, instead of using the switchcraft 280s (TS) try the neutrik version.  I think it's called NYS 201.  I really like these, b/c they seem to fit my hand better...does this make sense?

i would get george L.  super easy diy.  you can make a cable
in about 2 minutes flat...and they've won all types of cable
shootouts....
hope this helps.

not sure about cables, but I would probably use only switchcraft connectors...

I used to think the same.  But as far as male TS plugs I have absolute faith in these neutriks...just give em a try...

Now on the other hand, the female jacks I always without a doubt go with switchcraft.  Also I use the GS-6 for long cable runs and a belden cable that bill lawrence of gibson fame suggested for pedal patches.

I used classic 50 ohm RG58 with success, you can find them everywhere in a common electronic store. They're really sonically transparent cables with lower than low signal loss.
They comes in different 'flavour', some brand is a bit stiff and hard to bend, others are sfter and much moresuitable for a guitar cable.
Best thing they're really cheap.
I use economical metal jack with spring, if you solder them correctly, without burning the plastic inside with the solder iron, you can forget to have them.

I read somewhere once that the Neutrik 'Switchcraft clone' plugs are actually more rugged than the genuine article. Seems the central brass piece in the Switchcraft is tubular while the Neutrik's is solid brass
More dynamics????? I'm playing as loud as I can!

i'll tell you what i think is best...

klotz makes some of the best cables in the world, to say the truth i yet to discovered a cable that sounds better and i guess it's because i am not willing to spend 100$ for 3 feet of "sony studio grade" crap...
i do not know who is selling them over at the US but you can run a google search and find out on their site, it's in german but they have an english version of it as well.

other than that i would use switchcraft or neutric plugs and nothing else and this is why - switchcraft are made to mil. spec. and this means they are as good as you'll get pretty much. neutric are not mil. spec. and are usually more expensive than switchcraft but studios around the world are using them as standard and i know about the largest amplification company here in israel (ekshtein) are using them and nothing else.
