Last week, I took a look at Gary Moore's more recent live DVD.

With Stevie Ray Vaughn, Gary Moore contributed to make me switch to the Blues.

At first, I thought it was Rock... then I learned it was Blues Rock, and then decided to check where it was coming from. Freddie King, Albert, T-Bone etc...

But the tone and sound in that DVD make me wish for a better tone myself. More than ever.  Not that I want to quit Blues... but a little change is always welcome.

Anyway, if you can put your hands on that DVD, and if you can get the same tone with a simple pedal, tell me how you did it. I would be interrested.  :D

He uses 2 stacks of Marshall, and a bunch of effects.

Arg... Still have to build that Highway 89.

That's right, I already saw it... but I took a look at his site again, focusing on his equipment (thanks to you...) in place on his performance as a guitarist, this time.

Marshall BB2, Gov'ner... and even a Boss AC-2

I learned a lot more this time.  :D

Thanks,
