mHz vs. MHz

lately, some topics posted here contain bandwidths from 1 to 100mHz,
that is from one period in about 16 minutes to 1 in 10 seconds.
Preferably, opamps and the like should operate with cycles in the Megahertz region (MHz)....
while slow LFO`s love to "wander" in the milliHertz region...
